Gideon Nweze is a shining star in the world of decentralized technology, bringing together his passion for product building and community building to create a better future. Gideon has a unique work style, one that is focused on the 2P2ML principles.
Gideon’s focus on People is at the heart of his work style. He understands that a product is only as good as the team that builds it, and so he prioritizes building strong, collaborative teams. Gideon’s leadership style is magnetic, drawing in talented individuals who are committed to the success of the product and the community. He fosters a culture of transparency and communication, allowing team members to work together effectively and efficiently.

HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Jose Robles is a Physicist, husband and father of four. He is a Rustacean, Pythonist and Bitcoin Developer based in Spain. Originally, Jose became interested in cryptocurrency and smart contracts because of the hype, but he stayed because he fell in love with the tech. After further research, Jose scaled back his interest in altcoins and and began only investing his work in Bitcoin.
Jose joined the DIBA team after meeting the founder, Gideon, while collaborating on RGB open source projects. He is enthusiastic about the future of NFTs and is excited to make digital assets on Bitcoin through Bitmask and DIBA a reality.
MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Anastasiia Ilicheva is the dynamic Head of Marketing, PR, and Business Development at DIBA & BitMask. With her extensive background in marketing and sales, combined with her passion for graphic design, Anastasiia is a force to be reckoned with in the blockchain and crypto industry.
As the Co-Founder and COO of The Babylon Project Hackathons by World Blockchain Hackathon and nominated as Top 100 Women of the Future, Anastasiia is committed to spreading the word about the limitless potential of blockchain technology, Bitcoin, NFTs and the Metaverse.
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Hunter Beast is an experienced Rust developer, Bitcoin maximalist, loving husband, and cat dad of four (both older cats and young kittens). He’s been writing Rust since 2018, has a prior background in Web3 as a former JS developer, and has been a web developer since 2009. Once a principal engineer for a Fortune 500 company, Hunter co-founded several blockchain startups, fulfilling the CTO role, where he gained experience in engineering management.
In his off hours, Hunter studies distributed systems, systems development, databases, macroeconomics, geopolitics, and commercial aerospace. He also reads sci-fi, romance novels, and sci-fi romance novels. His favorite book series is Animorphs.
FULL STACK ENGINEER
Trevor O’Farrell is a Bay Area native who loves to code, play chess, and ride bikes. He is a self-taught Web Developer who has worked on a myriad of digital projects.
While building a virtual art gallery for a crypto hackathon, Trevor came across DIBA and joined the team.
LIGHTNING NETWORK ENGINEER
Francisco Calderón is a software engineer and FOSS (free and open source software) activist. He worked as Chief Technology Officer of the lightning brokerage Graaf One.
Since he started to be dedicated exclusively to open source Bitcoin and Lightning Network projects, he came across DIBA and joined the team to follow passion for Bitcoin.
OPERATIONS
Valerie Messer is the team’s latest addition. A former product marketing manager and content producer, she made the jump to the operations side a few years ago and couldn’t be happier about it. At DIBA she gets to combine her love for people, technology, and art, a dream come true! In her free time you’ll most likely find her in the great outdoors, preferably near the water, and most likely with her dog in tow.
RUST Developer
Wesley Parr is a passionate self taught RUST developer who divides his time between the wilds of Colorado and the heights of Nepal. After perfecting his trade in the streaming-verse, at the likes of Disney, Wesley recently joined DIBA and quickly made his mark on both the products and his team.
When Wesley isn’t in front of his computer you might find him recording an amazing drum solo, trekking his way through the mountains to explore ancient temples, or chilling out and BBQ-ing. Most likely with coffee in hand.
